Job Description
・Report to Japanese Sales Manager
・Work as Project Manager for Plant construction
・Understand the whole project
・Look overall project and Manage it
Engage in Project Management work as described below:
- Making out a schedule for each processes and checking whether it is completed on time
- After the construction project starts, visiting the field about several times in a week
- Checking project to comply with all the Contractual Requirement at each stage of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance including administrative and management activities.
- Engaging in cost control between budget and actual amount (also including Getting Quotation for Contract and endeavor to reduce the Cost)
- Engaging in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Engaging in schedule and risk control, safety, documentation
- Making Progress Report which includes Overall Situation, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction to the Client
- Coordinating with the Client, Subcontractor, Vendor, the Government & Local Authorities and the related parties for implementing each processes on time.
- Controlling the project staff and managing project with keeping the good relationship with them.
- If any inconvenience happens, managing the corrective action and preventive action together with QA/QC manager. For the claim by the Customer or the related organization, offering the faithful treatment to fix the problem
Job Requirement
Essential Requirement
- Age:30-38
- Language: Business level of English Skill
( More than TOEIC: 700-750 level)
- Experience: Having more than 1 year experience as a project Manager in Plant industry
Having more than 1 year experience of Managing Plant Project which is managed by only 1 Project Manager not by multiple Project Managers
- Having communication skill
