Job Description
Working in a team of 10 members Report directly to Vietnamese Sale Manager and Japanese Director - Manage sales, increase market share and coverage ratio of supermarkets - Track and promote supermarket orders - Build and establish relationships with supermarkets - Coordinate with Marketing Department to conduct product testing programs, Event, ... coordinate orders. - Analyze market situation and investigate competitors information - Propose solutions to achieve sales targets - Increase the market share and ratio of cover systems in supermarkets - Monitoring, processing and understanding activities at the supermarket system: monitoring, reminding the supermarket, understand the operation of the supermarket to avoid order delays.
Job Requirement
Essential Requirements: - Graduated from College above in Business or Marketing Major. - At least 2 years working experience in sale in MT channel - Japanese: N2 above - English and Computer skills: B Level - Good knowledge of sales skills, management skills. Preferable Requirements: - Preferred candidates have domestic and foreign market knowledge. - Priority is given for candidates who worked as supervisors of MT, KA, FMCG before.
