Job Description
1) Report to Vietnamese Department Manager 2) Assigned to R&D Department, working with 2 Team Leaders 3) Manage ~5 R&D Engineers 4) Job Responsibilities: - Manage other team members to complete work as assigned schedule. - Design fan, step motor based on order and request from parent company in Japan. - Test drive motor based on the idea of simulation model in the laboratory. - Make samples, test the performance characteristics of the engine according to customer requirements, or verify the characteristics of the engine designed - Carry out mass production outside the production line - Edit drawings - Other tasks as assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
1) Essential Requirements: - Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering - Language Skill(s): Fluency in Japanese (N3) - 2+ years' working experience as R&D Engineer for manufacturing companies producing mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, and electronics related products - Have in-depth knowledge of motor design - Computing: AutoCAD (2D, 3D), SolidWorks, Inventor - Can go to Japan for training from 3 months to 1 year 2) Preferable Requirements: - Priority is given to candidates who have worked as Design Engineer in Japan 3) Desired Characteristics: - Personalities: Diligent, forward-looking, cooperative, studious and responsible. Can work overtime when required.
