§  Salary range: Gross 600 - 1000 USD

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

-       Handle GA tasks of the company

-       Support expat with work permit, visa, residental card under GA Manager’s instructions

-       Able to train Japanese working style and business manner to Vietnamese staff, especialy new-comers

-       Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related fields

-       Language skill(s): Japanese business level (N3 level), having some English skills is a big plus

-       Computing: MS Office proficiency

-       2+ years of experience working at similar positions in Japanese companies

§  Desirable Characters:

-       Gender: Female preferable
