Japanese Speaking - GD Assistant - Manufacturing

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Position: GENERAL DIRECTOR ASSISTANT CUM HR
• Level: supervisor/ manager

• Work Time:

• Monday-Friday (08:00～17:00)
• Saturday: 08:00～17:00 every other week

• Allowance(s): including Gross salary

• Bonus and Incentives: 13^th month bonus

JOB DUTIES:

• Report to Japanese Director

• Job Responsibilities:

• Work with JP director

• Come up and discuss strategy to strengthen each departments

• Mainly reorganize and improve training program to train leader levels in each departments

• Report to JP manager in Japanese

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Desirable Background & Experience:

• Qualification: Bachelor Degree

• Language Skills: Japanese more than N3 (communicate with JP Director)

• Experienced in manufacturing industry (production control, QA/QC…..)

• Experienced in leader/SV/manager

• Commute by oneself

• Desirable Character:
