GENERAL INFORMATION

 Position: Signaling Engineer - Construction 

 Level: Staff 

 Contract Term: 2 to 3 year labor contract ( to be renewed according to the staff performance and project duration

 Recruitment Reason: Replacement

 Expected joining date: ASAP

 Work Location: HCMC

 Work Time: Mon - Fri [8h30 - 17h30] 

 Allowance(s): $50. Laptop, cell phone, bike parking fees to be provided by the company

 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year/ Yearly bonus (depending to the staff performance and the company condition)

 Selection Process: Two rounds 

JOB DUTIES

 Main Tasks:

- Preparation of any document in English and Vietnamese related to Signaling System for this project 

- Study and advice related to Vietnamese law, decree, and regulation 

- Translation of Vietnamese/English document to English/Vietnamese document, and checking the document quality 

- Interpreter and preparation of minutes of meeting during the meeting with third parties. 

- Market survey in Vietnam and investigation for local procurement in Vietnam 

- Document control and document preparation for submission to third parties 

- All the site work related to Signaling System, especially leading commissioning work in Vietnam 

- Study and preparing related to documents (such as application for frequency allocation) to be submitted to the relevant authority on behalf of the Employer 

- Coordinate with other sub-systems, internal departments, sub-contractors and external related parties for signaling related issues 

- Any works and documentation necessary for the execution of the Project, which is instructed by Signaling sub-system manager 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

 Desirable Experience and background:

- University Degree , major in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering, preferably graduated from HCMC University of Technology 

- Working in certain contractors in M&E, preferably from foreign contractors.

- Preferably experiences in implementation of some Signaling systems, such as Operating Control System, Network System Configuration and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) .. 

- Good English skills and communication skills   

- Good writing, communication and presentation skills 

- Computer Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD …
