 Position: SALES MANAGER (HORECA CHANNEL) – CONSUMER GOODS

 Headcount(s): 1

 Contract Term: Permanent 

 Recruitment Reason: Replacement

 Work Location: District 1, HCMC

 Work Time:

- Monday-Friday (8:00~17:00)

- Saturday (8:00~17:00) twice per month

 Allowance(s): Governed under VN law

 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance bonus quarterly (almost 2-month salary)/ Performance review biannually (usually half-month salary) / Bonus for special occasions (Tet, Independence day, Unification day)

 Benefit(s): Annual leave and insurance are based on VN law / Annual health check and company vacation / One pay raise a year (April 1st)


JOB DUTIES

 Report to Japanese Sales Manager

 Assigned to the Sales HORECA Channel  

 Manages 5 Sales Staffs and 2 Delivery Staffs

 Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost

- Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve sales volume, revenue and profitability goals

- In charge of sales planning and employee training

- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Sales Manager


JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Background & Experience:

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree

- Language Skills: English conversational level

- Has relevant working experience in Sales HORECA channel

 Desirable Character:

- Gender: Male

- Age: Around 30

- Personality: hardworking, active, flexible
