JOB DUTIES

Report to Japanese General Director

Manage 10 employees in Sales & Marketing team

Main Tasks:

-Work as one of the top managers to manage Sales & Marketing team to achieve the company target 

-Accomplish sales & marketing strategy & management with implementing plan in accordance with original plan  

-Establish direct business sales team by drawing the picture & business plan to growth up direct sales with Direct Operation Manager

-Distribute job assignments, supervise and manage for Sales & Marketing, Service teams.

-Lead the front office team to work effectively to achieve the goal & original Plan (Sales units, Revenue, GP, Operation profit)

-Be the company representative to customers, develop new leaders, take care and built up the excellent business relationship with all of customers and the best partners.

-Accomplish feasible study and plan for new service business as key project member with Head Quarter

-Collaborate and co-operate to accomplish the cross sectional projects

-Other assignment a requested from GD


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must:

-Gender: Any

-Age: At least 35 years old

-Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree

-Language: English business level

-At least 5 years’ working experience as General Manager with background in Sales & Marketing

-Well organized and high sense of responsibilities

-Strong planning and analytical skills

-Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

-Strong leadership to lead and motivate the team

-Problem solving skills

-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
