<Job Responsibilities> - Inspection of parts before assembly - Quality control during the assembly process - Root cause analysis and countermeasure planning for defective products - Reporting, communication, and consultation with Japanese supervisors - Preparation of quality-related reports and data aggregation - Other tasks as instructed by supervisors ＜仕事内容＞ 組み立てラインでの部品品質管理チームの監督 組み立て前の部品の検査 組み立て中の管理 不良品に対する原因分析と対策立案 日本人上司への報告・連絡・相談 品質に関するレポートの作成・データ集計 その他上司に指示された業務
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (equivalent to N3) ・Experience & Skills: - More than 2 years of experience in QC in any manufacturing industry - Have worked experience in Japan as "Trainee" or "Tokutei" - Can use Excel
