Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> : Assist the General Manager/ Marketing Manager in marketing activities: • Prepare marketing and sales support plan to clients and distributors; • Plan budget; prepare and implement promotion and advertising activities; • Coordinate with sales team to hold seminars, and customer events for distributors... • Conduct research and analyze data to contribute ideas to marketing campaigns; • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns; • Maintain regular contact with Clients/Distributors/ suppliers by exchanging information through telephone, fax, e-mail, customer visits and by following up to ensure problems or claims are solved/ corrected promptly; • Prepare packaging for the products • Make ideas on the line-up and promotion plans for the new line-up... • Keep Management reported by identifying strengths and weaknesses of processes and recommend changes; •Other tasks assigned by the General Manager and Line Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Age: 27~34 years old ・Gender: Any ・Language: English - Business level (Able to read, and analyze general business documents and to write business correspondence and procedure manuals in Vietnamese and English.) ・Experience: Over 3 years experience in the position of marketing of visible products; ・ Experienced and excellent in MS Office specifically MS Excel, and PowerPoint. <Personalities>: - Good communication and negotiation skills; - Able to handle multi-task and work independently as well as good teamwork skills. - Experienced and excellent in MS Office specifically MS Excel, Power Point. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge of lubricants or chemical - Can communicate in Japanese
