Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Achieve Business Objectives: Break down divisional goals and take responsibility for the annual business objectives in Vietnam, ensuring targets are achieved.
- Business Model Design & Validation: Analyze the market, identify opportunities, and design suitable business models based on company conditions. Develop and implement corresponding strategies, track progress and effectiveness, provide adjustment suggestions, and ensure execution. Validate the business model.
- Resource Integration: Collect and report local market intelligence, conduct research on competitors and core customer segments, coordinate between local clients and headquarters, and guide category operations and adjustments in the target country.
- Business Operations Management: Monitor the business performance in the country, establish and continuously optimize a financial model for localized operations at the minimum viable business unit level, maximizing return on investment.
- Team Management: Work with local partners to enhance local team operations, ensuring smooth communication and execution between headquarters and joint ventures according to established reporting mechanisms.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Language: English - Business level or above, able to communicate with overseas colleagues.
・Experience:
- Experience and resources in developing distribution channel customers (including talent, clients, information, and tools).
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales with experience at the management level (sales, channel management, brand operations) in the printing/office equipment field (such as office supplies, consumables, and durable goods).
- Willingness to be stationed abroad long-term, strong sense of responsibility and ownership (towards the company, the team, and oneself), ability to grasp the essence of problems, solve key issues, and follow through thoroughly.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience managing a team of 3 or more or overseeing operations in a specific country; experience managing local staff overseas is a plus.
・Prefer candidates with experience in developing new markets from scratch (0 to 1).
