Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Checking all accounts recorded in the periods - Checking and management, related to expense confirmation, aggregation, and cost allocation - Checking Account Reconcile - Checking all withholding tax duties, declare and transfer to payment - Checking monthly VAT(Vietnam Accounting Standard) report and managing tax payment report - Preparing VAS, statistical report as per the authorities’ regulation and BOD requirement - Updating all tax and accounting regulations - Being responsible for the coordination of consolidated financial statements with the parent company every quarter - Preparing Fiscal yearly closing operations (End of Dec) - Preparing reports related to financial management and accounting processing *These operations will be managed using an ERP system (SyteLine).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting or Finance - English skill: Business level - Certifications: Having a Chief Accountant Certificate - Experience: + Have at least 3 years of experience in a Chief Accountant position in manufacturing companies + Proficient in accounting and tax policies & regulations + Experience in financial settlement work at a listed company - Others: + Be a person who can work flexibly, understanding factory work + Know the ERP system + Be able to join the company as soon as possible <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have working experience or knowledge of SyteLine (ERP System) - Have working experience in a Japanese company
