Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Manage overall Administration activities of the office:
- Make all documentation for social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and other related tasks.
- Make all labor-related reports and submit to the Government Dept.
- Record staff attendance, annual leave
- Assist the Japanese Director with rental apartments, business trip claims, Hotel, air ticket, car, and taxi booking and scheduling, etc.
- Support local staff for: entertainment claims, business trips, and other office activities
- Handle phone call in the office
- Manage office supplies, office expenses: taxi, rental car, stationery, drinks, and courier service
- Other HR and GA jobs assigned by the supervisor.
2. Assist the accounting department:
- Issue VAT invoice and send to customers, receive vendors' invoices
- Submit tax reports to the government authority
- Follow AR, AP to customers and vendors
- Follow banking-related transactions
- Other accounting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English Business level
・Experience: Have at least 1 year of working experience in Accounting positions and is willing to cover General Affairs (GA) tasks (as described in the job description)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Candidates who can on board as soon as possible
・Bachelor's degree in accounting-related majors
・Working experience in Japanese companies
・Working experience in HR GA tasks
・Can communicate well in both English & Japanese
