Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
** Newly setup IT office in Vietnam **
・Collaborate with the General Manager to design, implement, and oversee all HR-related processes throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to off-boarding. This includes performance assessment and people development.
・Create and edit HR documentation, materials, and communications, such as the Employee Handbook, Announcements, and Blog Posts.
・Manage an HR information system to accurately track employees' attendance and leave, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
・Assist in talent acquisition activities by implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and retain talent across all vacancies.
・Take an active role in driving employee engagement initiatives, including organizing internal team activities and events like new hire welcoming sessions, knowledge-sharing workshops, company clubs, and special occasions such as employee birthdays, YEP, and company trips.
・Assist in administrative tasks at the office.
*Plan to use an external accounting agent

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree 
・Gender: Female preferred
・Age:  26-40years old
・Language: Japanese conversational level and English conversational level
・Experience:
- Have 3 years of working experience in HR position
- The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters of HR and GA, including legal compliance, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in working at Technology companies
・Experience in working at start-up companies
・Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
