Be in charge of administration tasks including:
- Office Facility Management
- Legal support for company activities
- Clients service to company and partner companies
- Other administration tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirement
<Essential requirements>
- Graduated from University with a major in Business Administration, Economic, Law is preferred
- Gender: Female preferred
- Age: 25 - 30
- English at Business level
- Experience:
+ At least 3 years of working experience in related positions such as Administrator or General Affair in FDI companies
+ Have experience of office administrative management practices and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

- Good understanding of office operation responsibilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Works well under pressure and good time management skills
