Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. HR management
+ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with Vietnamese labor laws and the company.
+ Manage overall HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits, employee relations
+ Promote training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
+ Create a positive, active working environment with high efficiency
2. Administrative management
+ Oversee daily administrative functions such as office supplies, facilities management, document control, and vendor relationships.
+ Coordinate and build company events, meetings, and company activities
+ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
+ Support foreigners living in HCM (apartment/ Visa/life)
+ Support colleagues who have a business trip ( Hotel booking/ air ticket/ car arrange pick up)
3. Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 28 - 36
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2) and English - Business Level

- Experience & Skills:
+ More than 4 years' experience in HR (Recruitment, training, personnel evaluation, personnel and labor management, etc.)
+ Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Good skills at Excel, Word, Email...
+ Quick, proactive in work, willing to learn and change for the better.
+ Personality: positive in thinking, honest
+ Ready to go overseas for a Business trip
