- Human-Resouces work and its assistance
- Management and operation of personnel IT system
- Planning and management of company events
- Management of facilities and equipment
- Management of IT system of car maintenance shop
- Operations related to personal information protection
- Management and operation of the company website
- Negotiation and coordination with donation recipients, management of donation projects, etc.
- In addition to the above, general administrative matters, including assisting other members of the Accounting & Administration Department

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > :
- Gender: Any.
- Age: 25 - 45 years old
- Language:
+ Japanese - Business Level - N1/N2 Level
+ English - Business Level - equivalent TOEIC score (more than 700)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Have more than 3 years of working experience as GAHR position in an FDI company
- Having basic knowledge of accounting and human resources operations
