Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・General Affairs Duties (Main responsibility)
- Renewing licenses and preparing various reports for authorities.
- Register changes to directors and internal regulations with authorities, and submit quarterly reports.
- Handling staff labor-related procedures (labor contracts, work permits, social insurance, etc.).
- General secretariat duties (various contract matters, travel arrangements, office supplies ordering, etc.).
- Managing member data (new memberships, withdrawals, registration changes, issuing member certificates, etc.).
・Accounting Duties (Secondary responsibility) Prior accounting experience is preferred.
- Payroll calculation, PIT declaration, social insurance premium declaration, and payment.
- Prepare budget and financial settlement documents, manage expense execution, and prepare audit documents.
- Cash management, business expense reconciliation, and honorarium payments.
- Creating annual membership fee invoices and managing payments.
- Various registration procedures and management of bank accounts, etc.
・Other Responsibilities
- Handling visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries (primarily in Japanese and Vietnamese).
- Other tasks (e.g., supporting the company-hosted seminars).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Late 20s to early 30s
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese - Business Level
※ Equivalent to N2 or higher (Original certificate will be verified upon hiring).
・Experience: at least 3 years of experience in general affairs.

・Bright and sociable (as there will be in-person and phone interactions with member companies and clients).
・Cooperative (as it is a small office requiring coordinated efforts among staff).
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Candidates with a certain level of English proficiency are preferred (for reviewing English contracts, handling inquiries, etc.).
・Practical experience with application procedures for work permits and residence cards is preferred.
・Experience in accounting duties is also welcome.
