Position: CHIEF ACCOUNTANT - TECHNOLOGY

Work location: District 1, HCMC
Work time: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)
Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year

Selection process: Two rounds (Vietnamese Sales Leader -> Japanese General Manager)
JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Director (male, 40s) based half-time in Vietnam and half-time in Japan (every two weeks)
Company structure: Japanese Director -> 3-4 Sales Staffs -> 1 Admin Staff
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all accounting tasks including account ledger, bank transactions, petty cash… so that the company can stop using accounting outsourcing service.
- Conduct financial reports on periodical basis and as per ad-hoc requests from upper management level
- Support back office on sales support, documentation, administration…
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Chief Accountant Certificate (must)
- Language skills: English business level / Japanese conversational level is a big plus
- From 2-3 years of experience working as Chief Accountant or General Accountant in foreign trading companies

- Gender: Female preferable
- Age: Around 30s
- Willing to handle multi-functional tasks with supportive spirit
