Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Drive business development activities for products such as Imaging AI, Computer Vision, AMR/AGV, robotics, automation & IoT solutions, Autonomous Material Handling (AMH), and Smart Workflow Optimization (SWO) portfolios.
- Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process including key decision-makers
- Deep understanding of business requirements to ensure solutions can meet customers’ needs
- Prepare proposals for customers and tender submissions
- Must have enough technical background to assess and articulate the customers’ needs to BIC (Business Innovation Center) APAC who will assist in the solution development
- Know the market, competitors, and industries for the new product
- Conduct a demo of the product and manage POC (Proof of Concept)
- Train sales force in the new products
- Meet revenue target
- Manage customers throughout the sales, deployment, and operation process

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Business
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience
+ 5 years experience in sales and delivery operations, and strategic partnership management
+ Good knowledge and awareness of disruptive technologies like Imaging AI, Computer vision, robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot/etc), IoT solutions, and logistic automation solutions.
+ Experience and knowledge in the manufacturing, and logistics industry.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Strong Business and Financial acumen and judgment
・Strong analytical, planning, project management, and execution skills
・Excellent interpersonal and communication skills communicating with internal and external stakeholders
・Proven ability to prepare and deliver presentations for customers, partners and senior management
