<Number of employees : Total : 300 Local : 280 Japanese : 11 > <Report Line : Japanese Director > <Team Member:10 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 10 persons > <Products:Commercial Air Conditioner > <Clients: General Contractor, Sub Contractor, Developer > <Saturday Working: none > <Job Responsibilities> ※This position is working in Panasonic Sales Vietnam - Develop New client by personal connection to General Contractor, Sub Contractor, Developer - Maintain current clients and strengthen the relationship with them - Management all leader's action and result following business plan - Motivate for achievement assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on commercial customer acquisition and development - Day to day selling activities like identifying sales opportunities, organizing, proposals, asking for and acquiring orders. - Making strategy for achieve annual or half year plan - Visiting clients and developing new clients (Developer, Owner, M&E Contractor, Designer, Consultants, Installer, etc) - Making relationship with clients especially Designer and Consultant - Reporting to Japanese Director about monthly result, strategy - Co-ordinate with other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. - Support team in all marketing activities to develop our image to all kinds of customer.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age:30-50 years old ・Gender: Any ・Education:Bachelor Degree ・Working Experience: Air Conditioner manufacturer(Daikin, LG, Sum Sung, Mitsubishi Electrics etc...) ・Have Experience in Business development in Air Conditioning industry ・Have connection to General Contractor, Sub Contractor, Developer's key person ・Language: English Business level or Japanese Business Level <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Management Experience ・Working in Japanese Company
