Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
* Accounting related:
- Collect documents/ Create payment requests
- Communicate/ Negotiate with the vendor to pay expenses in HCMC
- Communicate with HQ in Japan in English
* Legal related:
- Coordinate new contracts with HQ (only expense related)
- Control signing & stamp process (registration on a listing)
* Office general tasks:
- Manage business travel, Courier, stationery, Room key, Gift receipt, etc.
- Arrange company car schedule.
- Others requested by GD
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Admin Staff in MNC company (No job hopper)
- Experience in basic Accounting, Legal and Office General tasks
<Preferable Conditions>
- Having experience in Japanese companies or Real Estate industry
- Prefer CDDs having Japanese skills
