Duties & Responsibilities:
• Establish action plan for improve product quality including monitor performance on monthly basis
• Support new program development process, Product inspection and Customer approval
• Summarize customer claim status and trend
• Support operation group for smooth operation
• Planning for development potential of subordinate
• Drive and Support team for strengthen problem resolution in case of quality problem issue
• Analysis cause of problem to operation and follow up to improvement and preventive action
• Other tasks assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Have experience at least 10 years of experience as QA in Automotive Manufacturing
• Advanced Conversation Middle Level of English
• At least 3 years of management experience as assistant manager level
• Have knowledge about ISO9001 / IATF16949 is preferable
• Experience in a Toyota Tier1 company is preferable

Workplace Area: AMATA CITY Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Saturday Working: once in a month (Depend on Company Calendar) )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์รวมทั้งติดตามผลการดำเนินงานเป็นประจำทุกเดือน
•สนับสนุนกระบวนการพัฒนาโปรแกรมใหม่การตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์และการอนุมัติของลูกค้า
•สรุปสถานะและแนวโน้มการเรียกร้องของลูกค้า
•สนับสนุนกลุ่มปฏิบัติการเพื่อการทำงานที่ราบรื่น
•การวางแผนพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•ขับเคลื่อนและทีมสนับสนุนเพื่อเสริมสร้างการแก้ไขปัญหาในกรณีที่มีปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
•วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาในการดำเนินการและติดตามการปรับปรุงและการดำเนินการป้องกัน
•งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-45 ปี
•วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีในตำแหน่ง QA ในบริษัทผลิตรถยนต์
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•มีประสบการณ์บริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO9001 / IATF16949 เป็นที่ต้องการ
•ควรมีประสบการณ์ใน บริษัท Toyota Tier1
