Maintenance Supervisor-Manager (40K–50K) (SDG-60715)
หัวหน้างานซ่อมบำรุง - ผู้จัดการ
<Job Responsibilities>
- Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Supervising and training maintenance technicians
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male 32 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in Preventive Maintenance from any industrial products industry
- Have subordinate management skills
- Good command in English (internal communication with Japanese management)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience in automotive parts factory

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ตรวจสอบสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเป็นระยะเพื่อตรวจสอบปัญหาและการบำรุงรักษาที่จำเป็น
- จัดทำตารางการบำรุงรักษาประจำสัปดาห์และจัดสรรงาน
- ดูแลและฝึกอบรมช่างซ่อมบำรุง
- มีส่วนช่วยในการพัฒนางบประมาณการบำรุงรักษาและการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังของวัสดุและอุปกรณ์
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 32-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันอย่างน้อย 5 ปีจากอุตสาหกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมใด ๆ
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารภายในกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น)

- มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์
