Engineer Staff

วิศวกรฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for Manufacturing process, machine and equipment setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, new product transferring.
• Support production in order to achieve manufacturing key performance such as yield ,production effectiveness, technical support, downtime and cost reduction.
• Maintain and monitor for machine capability , machine breakdown and ensure that every emergency breakdown is fixed as quick as possible and maximize machine uptime.
• Communicate with customer about technical issue for machine problem and try to resolve the problem.
• Perform machine maintenance according to the PM plan and PM Procedures.
• Verify the specification and order the appropriate tooling, Jig, Fixture and other equipment to support production.
• Ensure that all customer feedbacks, problem and field information is being communicated back to Supervisor and every party.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-28 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
• Have working experience at least 1 year about Maintenance Engineer in Electronic or Automotive industry
• Have background in machine maintenance ,process improvement.
• Able to read mechanical drawing and manual and have knowledge about PM. (Preventive Maintenance)
• Basic level of English (Able to read and write)
• Have knowledge about PLC (any brand) is preferable

Working Hour: 9:00-17:20(<Saturday Working: Every other Saturday>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับผิดชอบในกระบวนการผลิตการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์การบำรุงรักษาการแก้ไขปัญหาการถ่ายโอนผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
•สนับสนุนการผลิตเพื่อให้บรรลุผลการดำเนินงานหลักในการผลิตเช่นผลผลิตประสิทธิผลการผลิตการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคการหยุดทำงานและการลดต้นทุน
•ดูแลรักษาและตรวจสอบความสามารถของเครื่องจักรการเสียของเครื่องจักรและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการเสียฉุกเฉินทุกครั้งได้รับการแก้ไขโดยเร็วที่สุดและเพิ่มเวลาการทำงานของเครื่องให้สูงสุด
•สื่อสารกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับปัญหาทางเทคนิคสำหรับปัญหาเครื่องและพยายามแก้ไขปัญหา
•ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรตามแผน PM และขั้นตอน PM
•ตรวจสอบข้อกำหนดและสั่งซื้อเครื่องมือ Jig Fixture และอุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ ที่เหมาะสมเพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิต
•ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการตอบกลับของลูกค้าปัญหาและข้อมูลภาคสนามทั้งหมดได้รับการสื่อสารกลับไปยังหัวหน้างานและทุกฝ่าย
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 23-28 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีเกี่ยวกับวิศวกรฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือยานยนต์
•มีพื้นฐานในการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
•สามารถอ่านเขียนแบบเครื่องกลและคู่มือและมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ PM (บำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน)
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน (สามารถอ่านและเขียนได้)
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ PLC (ยี่ห้อใดก็ได้) เป็นที่ต้องการ
