Project Manager (Assistant Manager - Manager level)
(40K – 45K) (SDG-60052)
ผู้จัดการโครงการ (ระดับผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ - ผู้จัดการ)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Make a process by looking at the design drawing
• Create evaluation test for new model
• Introduction and adjustment for new model
• Show leadership both Thailand office and Laos factory
• Follow up the production plan and prepare a summary of the planned results
• Negotiate purchase components
• Explain about products and planning promotion for member and customer by showing drawing.
• Make plan and follow for new products and line
• Report to JP GM
• Coordinate with their client (visit client) and Laos branch *Have to visit client (be able to choose with driver or drive by own self)
• Other tasks might be assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering any other related field
• At least 3 years experience of management in Automotive or Electrical industry
• Have knowledge and experience of APQP
• Experience of introduction new model as a project
• Have experience of suggestion, coordination and planning promotion
• Have knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO9001
• Advanced conversational middle level of English(Be able to read documents, communicate) *it might need to European customer
• Have good PC literacy(Word, Excel, Power point)
• Be able to commute by themselves
• Be able to read design drawing by using Auto CAD(2D)・3D
• Advanced conversational middle of Japanese is preferable
• Work experience relating with harness is preferable
• The person who can go business trip for abroad * It might need to go to China and Vietnam as business trip in the future

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon- Fri *Every other Saturday working)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ทำกระบวนการโดยดูที่ภาพวาดการออกแบบ
•สร้างแบบทดสอบประเมินผลสำหรับรูปแบบใหม่
•การแนะนำและการปรับรุ่นใหม่
•แสดงความเป็นผู้นำทั้งสำนักงานในประเทศไทยและโรงงานในลาว
•ติดตามแผนการผลิตและจัดทำสรุปผลตามแผน
•เจรจาซื้อส่วนประกอบ
•อธิบายเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และการวางแผนโปรโมชั่นสำหรับสมาชิกและลูกค้าโดยแสดงภาพวาด
•วางแผนและปฏิบัติตามสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และสายการผลิต
•รายงานต่อ JP GM
•ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า (เยี่ยมลูกค้า) และสาขาลาว * ต้องไปพบลูกค้า (สามารถเลือกพร้อมคนขับหรือขับเองก็ได้)
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-45 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาไฟฟ้าเครื่องกลวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการบริหารจัดการในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์หรือไฟฟ้า
•มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ APQP
•ประสบการณ์การแนะนำโมเดลใหม่เป็นโครงการ
•มีประสบการณ์ในการเสนอแนะการประสานงานและการวางแผนการส่งเสริม
•มีความรู้ด้าน IATF16949 และ ISO9001
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา(สามารถอ่านเอกสารสื่อสารได้) * อาจต้องใช้กับลูกค้าชาวยุโรป
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับพีซีที่ดี (Word, Excel, Power point)
•สามารถเดินทางด้วยตัวเอง
•สามารถอ่านแบบโดยใช้ Auto CAD (2D) ・ 3D
•ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนาเป็นที่ต้องการ
•ควรมีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับสายรัด
•ผู้ที่สามารถเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจในต่างประเทศได้ * อาจต้องไปจีนและเวียดนามเป็นการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจในอนาคต
