Account & Finance Manager (60K–80K) (SDG-59743)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for month-end closing, Internal Control, GL posting, Fixed asset, Account Payable. Including coaching the team and develop the accounting process to ensure the efficiency and productivity.
- Leading monthly / quarterly / yearly closing processes ensure the correctness and compliance accordance with the group accounting policy (IFRS & Local GAAP).
- Preparing & driving efficiency and effectiveness over the accounting process and GL activities.
- Review and prepare journal entry and account reconciliation and provide the variance analysis.
- Preparing and supporting data for the internal financial reports and the related forms.
- Having good understanding in deferred tax and corporate income tax.
- Supervise and manage the team of fixed asset, GL and Account payable.
- Leading in preparation of the annual statutory report.
- Supporting the Tax Team to prepare the complex tax calculation.
- Collaborate with Group Internal and External auditors.
- Be able to manage the tasks during time pressure and complicated issues.
- Ad-hoc assignments for special tasks relate to Accounting
- In charge of overall Admin & HR
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree in Accounting / or CPA or CPD
- Technical Knowledge: Accounting standard / Collaboration / Internal Control
- Understanding of accounting principles including accrual accounting, reconciliations, general ledger journals, preparedness to learn more complex principle
- Solid knowledge in internal control, accounting knowledge, local taxation and revenue department's regulations
- Program : Express
- Able to communicate in English
- High sense of responsibility with Alert, and willing to work hard
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
- Ability to multi tasks

- รับผิดชอบการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน, การควบคุมภายใน, การลงรายการบัญชี GL, สินทรัพย์ถาวร, บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ รวมถึงการฝึกสอนทีมและพัฒนากระบวนการบัญชีเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
- ขั้นตอนการปิดบัญชีรายเดือน / รายไตรมาส / รายปีชั้นนำช่วยให้มั่นใจในความถูกต้องและการปฏิบัติตามนโยบายการบัญชีกลุ่ม (IFRS & Local GAAP)
- จัดเตรียมและผลักดันประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในกระบวนการบัญชีและกิจกรรม GL
- ตรวจสอบและจัดเตรียมรายการบันทึกประจำวันและการกระทบยอดบัญชีและให้การวิเคราะห์ผลต่าง
- การจัดเตรียมและสนับสนุนข้อมูลสำหรับรายงานทางการเงินภายในและแบบฟอร์มที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความเข้าใจในเรื่องภาษีเงินได้รอการตัดบัญชีและภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล
- ดูแลและบริหารทีมสินทรัพย์ถาวร GL และบัญชีเจ้าหนี้
- เป็นผู้นำในการจัดทำรายงานตามกฎหมายประจำปี
- สนับสนุนทีมภาษีในการจัดเตรียมการคำนวณภาษีที่ซับซ้อน
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้ตรวจสอบภายในและภายนอกของกลุ่ม
- สามารถจัดการงานในช่วงเวลาที่กดดันและปัญหาที่ซับซ้อนได้
- การมอบหมายงานเฉพาะกิจสำหรับงานพิเศษที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบัญชี
- รับผิดชอบงานธุรการและทรัพยากรบุคคลโดยรวม
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 40 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี / ปริญญาโทสาขาบัญชี / หรือ CPA หรือ CPD
- ความรู้ทางเทคนิค: มาตรฐานการบัญชี / การทำงานร่วมกัน / การควบคุมภายใน
- ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักการบัญชีรวมถึงการบัญชีคงค้างการกระทบยอดสมุดรายวันบัญชีแยกประเภทการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเรียนรู้หลักการที่ซับซ้อนมากขึ้น
- มีความรู้ที่มั่นคงในการควบคุมภายในความรู้ด้านบัญชีภาษีท้องถิ่นและข้อบังคับของกรมสรรพากร
