<Job Responsibilities> - Design, prove, implement and maintain production systems to deliver - product on time, to quality requirements and to cost - Drive functional excellence of the production engineering team - Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, process - improvement, machine availability through lean techniques and value - engineering to enhance the capability of existing processes and remove - waste - Cost control in terms of effectiveness and efficiency - Oversee and manage the overall working operation of Engineering team in accordance of company direction - Monitor and operate the working performance, analyze and find the right solutions to prevent the defects occurred - Update and provide sufficient training within section, department and organization - Manage the completion of related documents under supervision - Other related tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/ Female 30-40 years old - Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - More than 5 years of working experiences in Engineering tasks in manufacturing companies - Management experiences: more than 10 persons - Engineering knowledge: manual and automatic machines - Good command of written English (mainly use in documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Direct experiences in printing machines Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BRT Rama 9 Bridge,Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-18:30(Monday - Friday (SAT: Occasional, and able to take leave in another day)) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–50,000THB About the company Products: Packaging and Printing Business Type: Media (Publishing, TV, etc.) / Printing;
