Production Supervisor (23K – 34K) (SDG- 55406) หัวหน้างานควบคุมสายการผลิต Duties & Responsibilities: • Be responsible for Production Control in production line, Schedule and Quality control in production line • Planning and organizing production schedule by following company’s strategy and client’s request • Analyze and manage production control activities to improve all process by using FMEA • Train other staffs and manage quality of their task • Manage working conditions of staffs in their team • Coordinate with QC/QA dept. and PC dept. to ensure product quality, efficiency, and delivery date. • Other task as Manager assign Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 25-35 years • High School • At least 1 year working experience in production assembly line of Automotive or Automotive parts manufacturing • At least 1 year management experience toward operators (Labor management, technical training etc.) • Having experience of implementing product efficiency, FMEA in production line • Advanced Conversational Middle level of English • Be able to commute to work • Good command of Chinese or Japanese Languages skills • English : Basic • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(*Every other Saturday ) About the Benefit • Salary: 23,000–34,000THB • Social Insurance • Private Insurance About the allowance • Transportation Allowance • Housing Allowance • Diligent Allowance • Meal Allowance • Language Allowance About the company • Business Type: Manufacturing • Products: Automotive Parts

หัวหน้างานควบคุมสายการผลิต (23K - 34K) (SDG-55406) หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: -รับผิดชอบการควบคุมการผลิตในสายการผลิตกำหนดการและการควบคุมคุณภาพในสายการผลิต -วางแผนและจัดตารางการผลิตตามกลยุทธ์ของบริษัทและคำขอของลูกค้า -วิเคราะห์และจัดการกิจกรรมการควบคุมการผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการทั้งหมดโดยใช้ FMEA -ฝึกอบรมพนักงานคนอื่น ๆ และจัดการคุณภาพของงาน -จัดการสภาพการทำงานของพนักงานในทีม -ประสานงานกับฝ่าย QC / QA และแผนกพีซี เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพและวันที่จัดส่ง -งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น -อายุ 25-35 ปี -มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย -มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในสายการผลิตยานยนต์หรือชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ -มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 1 ปีสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงาน (การจัดการแรงงาน การฝึกอบรมด้านเทคนิค ฯลฯ ) -ประสบการณ์ในการนำประสิทธิภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ FMEA มาใช้ในสายการผลิต -ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา -สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานได้ -สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะดีมาก ทักษะด้านภาษา -ภาษาอังกฤษ: สนทนา - ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี พื้นที่ทำงาน : นิคมอุตสาหกรรมปิ่นทอง เวลาทำการ : 8: 00-17: 00 น.
