เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมต้นทุนงาน M&E
<Job Responsibilities>
- Undertake measurement activity to initially establish a benchmark and BOQ based upon the MEP design. The changes generated by the design and installation activities will be consolidated on a monthly basis to allow comparison with the budget
- Input subcontract data and manage subcontract accounts
- Prepare monthly subcontractor reports
- Prepare subcontract payment certificates and carry out subcontractor assessments
- Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the QS engineer
- Undertake cost analysis. Prepare and analyzing costing for tenders.
- Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Perform risk, value management and cost control.
- Analyze outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
- Keep track of any variations to the subcontract that may affect costs and program
- Conduct subcontractor assessment
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for MEP/M&E installation work in large scale project
- Good command of written and spoken English

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ดำเนินการกิจกรรมการวัดเพื่อเริ่มสร้างเกณฑ์มาตรฐานและ BOQ ตามการออกแบบ MEP การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นจากกิจกรรมการออกแบบและการติดตั้งจะถูกรวมเป็นรายเดือนเพื่อให้สามารถเปรียบเทียบกับงบประมาณได้
- ป้อนข้อมูลผู้รับเหมาช่วงและจัดการบัญชีผู้รับเหมาช่วง
- จัดทำรายงานผู้รับเหมาช่วงรายเดือน
- จัดทำใบรับรองการชำระเงินผู้รับเหมาช่วงและดำเนินการประเมินผู้รับเหมาช่วง
- ช่วยเหลือในการจัดทำเอกสารประกวดราคาและสัญญารวมถึงตั๋วเงินปริมาณกับวิศวกร QS
- ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน จัดทำและวิเคราะห์การคิดต้นทุนสำหรับการประมูล
- ช่วยเหลือในการกำหนดความต้องการของลูกค้าและศึกษาความเป็นไปได้
- จัดการความเสี่ยงการจัดการมูลค่าและการควบคุมต้นทุน
- วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์และเขียนรายงานความคืบหน้าโดยละเอียด
- ติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้รับเหมาช่วงที่อาจส่งผลต่อต้นทุนและโปรแกรม
- ดำเนินการประเมินผู้รับเหมาช่วง

- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า / เครื่องกล / สิ่งแวดล้อมหรือเชิงปริมาณ
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในการสำรวจปริมาณงานติดตั้ง MEP / M & E ในโครงการขนาดใหญ่
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
