QA Engineer @Saraburi (20K-30K) (SDG-53345) วิศวกรประกันคุณภาพ <Job Responsibilities> - Disposition defect part from Die Cast until EDVMI and DPPM of customer or per assignment. - Data analysis and report preparation. - Support troubleshooting analysis data. - Control and monitor of suitable process parameter and product characteristic following company’s standard document. - Implement production plan through subordinate, ensure that utilization of manpower, machine, and equipment are optimized. - Maintain production targets of quality, productivity, cost effectiveness, and delivery. - Quality awareness and utilization of quality system for ensuring that the products meet customer'’ specification standard. - Using tools to improve productivity, yield, quality, cost. Develop the processing lines by developing the automatic machines to increase productivity. - Coordinate/cooperate with other departments in order to improve Quality, yield, cost. - Supports development of production objectives and targets. - Other tasks as assigned by report line <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, age 24-30 years old - Bachelor degree - At least 2 years experiences as QA Engineering in die-casting in manufacturing company - Good knowledge in production implementation, production monitoring to meet targets in quality, cost, deliverable - Be able to communicate in English (for communication with Malaysian, Indian, Philipinos and Japanese from other departments) - Be able to work in shift (shift rotation 2 weeks) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in HDD manufacturing company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Amphur Nong-Khae, Saraburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday (some Saturday) for night shift starts 20.00PM to 5AM (+OT until 8 AM) >rotate shif every 2 weeks) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–30,000THB About the company Products: HDD base plate, metal top cover Business Type: Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components
