Job Description

Restaurant Manager (Japanese or English Speaking)
(30K-80K) (SDG-51833)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
 Provide superior guest services, ensuring guest satisfaction
 Plan and develop guest loyalty programs
 Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
 Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
 Make and Organize shifts
 Manage and lead staff
 Recruit new employees (screening resumes and have an interview)
 Training and evaluate staff performance
 Manage restaurant supplies, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
 Control costs and minimize waste
 Nurture a positive working environment
 Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
 Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
 Create Daily Report for Management Team
 Other duties assigned by MD and chef


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 30-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 At least 1 year working experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
 Conversation middle of English or Japanese
 Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word)
 Person who have strong leadership and high motivation
 Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
 Good time-management skills
 Great interpersonal and communication skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working experience in Japanese restaurant
 Familiarity with restaurant management software
