<Job Responsibilities>
 Set up a new legal team in Thailand
 All legal and compliance tasks such as reviewing agreement, legal advice, monitoring update of Thai law, legal check for marketing materials, enhancing compliance awareness and operation process check etc (gradually start to take in those tasks according to group needs and capability)
 In future, the team will regionally govern other country
 Cooperate with legal team in Tokyo HQ and outsource
 Other assigned job


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 28-49 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 Over 5 years' working experience in Legal&Compliance field
 Over 5 years' working experience in industrial corporation
 Has business level English skill
 Good communication skill
