Project Development Manager (Real Estate Development) (100K-150K) (SDG-40771)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors.
Prioritize, plan and coordinate project development activities according to customer requirements.
Supervise development team on daily basis to execute assigned projects within deadlines and budget.
Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Perform customer negotiations for contractual terms and agreements.
Participate in project scoping and budgeting of remodel projects.
Manage all aspects of the due diligence process including but not limited to feasibility studies, geotechnical evaluations, environmental assessments and surveys.
Prepare project proposals and develop project plan, schedule and budget.
Develop business presentations for customer as needed.
Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate manner.
Manage the bidding process with the design team and approved general contractors.
Coordinate and support the construction hand-off to the Construction Project Coordinator
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Construction or related field
6 years’ work experience in hotel or real estate property management, Good level of experience with residential property transactions
Minimum of 4 years of experience in land development, construction, architecture or civil engineering
Experience working on owner side real estate development environment
Have knowledge of construction supervision and control of project costs, both high rise and low rise
