Store Design (Apparel) (40K-60K) (SDG-40302) <Job Responsibilities> Execute Design strategy in design of the company's apparel stores both in department stores and stand-alone (Expansion around 5 stores per year) Provide clear, effective and timely communication of design Develop design documentation to support design intent per global guidelines including schematic drawings Manage the production of construction documents by internal and external designers and consultants Set schedules with alignment from cross-functional teams Communicate dates to project team and meets all established deadlines Control and monitor vendors Visit an on-process store in order to observe progress with the team or individually Renovation of existing stores if assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male, age 25-29 years old Bachelor Degree in Finance Having at least 2 years of working experience in the production of design development and construction drawings especially shop in a department store and stand-alone Proficiency in Auto CAD Ability to manage projects independently Skilled in the visual, written and verbal communication of design issues Excellent command of listening, speaking, reading and writing in English Availability for travel to all province and other countries when required <Preferable Skill / Experience> Experience working in FMCG business Experience working in a retail interior/architectural organization Languages skills English: Business Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Silom / BTS Saladaeng, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-18:30 (Mon-Fri) Lunch Break: 1.30 Hour About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–60,000THB About the company Products: fast-fashion clothes Business Type: Apparel / Accessories
