Job Description

Store Development Manager (Japanese Speaking) (40K-65K) (SDG-40013)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Take responsibility of store development for new store opening
 Land development (Negotiation with landowners)
 Company will provide company car
 Licensing application
 Construction management
 Coordination with developer companies
 Negotiations with government agencies
 Collaboration with general contractors
 After opening, support the existence store as maintenance
 Follow up the process of several projects which is taken care of subordinate
 Other duties as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 27-50 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 At least 5 years of working experience of land development, negotiation with Landowners, construction, licensing application with government officer for large commercial building or store
 Must have experiences of store development which is located stand alone and at roadside such as Convenience store, supermarket
 Conversational level of English or Japanese
 Knowledge and experience of land consolidation in construction industry or real estate industry. (Should have rich knowledge about law like city planning law, location law, agricultural administration law, building standards law, etc.)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Store development experience in the direct same industry

Workplace Area: MRT Pha-Ram9, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri, Sat: Sometimes depends on assignment)
