Product Manager (Brand Manager) (75K-95K) (SDG-37936)
<Job Responsibilities>
Creating Brand strategies to build brand image to be top of mind with target group as well as to increase brand loyalty
Setting Brand guideline, brand vision and value positions for both short term and long term
Planning communication strategies for media actions on all channels both online and social media to build brand awareness
Carrying out marketing research in order to keep update with customer trends as well as trying to predict future trends
Managing marketing campaigns and analyze competitor
Organizing events such as product launches, exhibition and shooting
Managing A&P budgets
Supervising advertising, packaging design and others to maintain consistency in branding
Represent yourself as Brand representative in public event
Meeting with Japanese Team to understand the concept and global policy
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality ,Female, age 35-40 years old
Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related field
At least 7 years experiences in Product or Brand Manager especially in personal care and cosmetic product
Have experience manage budget for over 40 million baht.
Able to analyses target group and understand market trends as well as product to respond to customer needs
Have knowledge about of all media channel and know beauty blogger
Creativity and ability to produce innovative and new ideas
Time and project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Strategic thinking and come up with new campaigns
Analytical skill and attention to details
Good communication in English skill ( able to communicate with Japanese)
