Legal Officer (to Chief) @Samutprakarn (25K-50K) (SDG-37186)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Draft and review commercial contracts and documents, Including meeting with relevant parties with respect to contract matter
- Provide legal advice on legal related matters so as to minimize potential legal risk and cope with the company's business operation
- Coordinate, liaise, and handle related matters with government agencies and relevant external source
- Research laws and government regulations for all department awareness and action
- Complete all assignment assign
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Law with a Thai lawyer license/ Barrister at law
- At least 3 years’ experience in corporate legal field
- Strong experience in drafting & reviewing contract or legal documents and handing labor dispute & litigation.
- Intensive experience in factory, environment or tax law related field
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in law firm (tier-one firm)
- Notarial service attorney
- TOEIC more than 700+

- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทด้านกฎหมายพร้อมใบอนุญาตทนายความไทย / ทนายความกฎหมาย
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในสาขากฎหมายขององค์กร
- มีประสบการณ์ในการร่างและตรวจสอบสัญญาหรือเอกสารทางกฎหมายและส่งข้อพิพาทแรงงานและการดำเนินคดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานโรงงานกฎหมายสิ่งแวดล้อมและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน บริษัท กฎหมาย (บริษัท ชั้นหนึ่ง)
