System Engineer (Software) (19K-40K) (SDG-27322) <Job Responsibilities> Handle on technical support for the assigned software Manage and operate the implementation project to customer Provide customer support for new installation of software/hardware and troubleshooting Create and maintain the customer support document Provide technical support to Sakes staff
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25 - 35 years old Bachelor's degree Experience 3-5 years Experience in System Support / IS Support / IT Project Management Technical Sales or pPre-Sales experience would be advantage Knowledge of IT technology (hardware/software, server, storage, network, and database, etc.) Knowledge of software development and programming (VBA would be advantage) Good command of spoken and written English Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude Strong problem solving.
