Custom Clearance / Customer Support (Leader level) @Chonburi (26K-43K) (SDG-25435)
<Job Responsibilities>
Regularly contact to client (about 10) in order to coordinate all shipping and schedule between them and outsourced logistic company
Receive, review, and process import documentation including all entry types prepared according to regulatory requirements and customer commitments
Provide updates and communications for external customers to produce timely and compliant customs transactions.
Assist in work stream development of new accounts including reviewing all documentation and forms, maintaining communications with clients, reviewing their import process on a regular basis, and maintaining client profiles and databases.
Identify and complete transaction tasks that require special handling or expediting to produce compliant customs entry processing.
Visit person in charge of client such as purchasing section or warehouse section to build a good relationship with them
Other task might be assigned

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 26-39 years old
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2-3 years working experience as import & export or logistic officer handling custom clearance
Having good PC skill (word, excel)
Having Customs Specialist License
Conversational level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Having management experience
Languages skills
