Facility Maintenance Engineer

Facility Maintenance Manager (Japanese Speaking) @Chonburi (80K-120K) (SDG-24760)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Reporting and coordinate with Japan HQ.
 Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
 Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained
 Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness allocating and managing space between buildings
 Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
 Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
 Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
 Making reports and making written recommendations



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 35-50 years
 Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
 Able to communicate in Japanese is a must.
 Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing
 At least 10 years experiences in facility management field.
 Experience in management level.
 Analytical and problem-solving skills, Decision-making
 Able to lead and manage teams and projects
 Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture
 Organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload
