Work outline: Responsible for Secretary and interpreter tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Secretarial jobs for President such as Scheduler management, Booking, Make appointments or any related jobs
Ø Interpreter in the meeting and office support
Ø Coordinate with other departments to complete work
Ø Work closely with President
Ø Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulation.
Ø Well organized in documentation and making good report and analysis.
Ø Coordinate between Japanese management and local staff
Ø Translate various documents from Thai/English to Japanese and vice versa
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 25-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø 2-5 years’ experience in Secretary and Interpreter
Ø Must have N3 Japanese Language proficiency (JLPT) or higher
Ø Good command of writing and speaking both Japanese and English
Ø Good personality, service mind, action oriented and mature
Ø Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level – High (N3 Up)
Workplace Area: BTS Bangna
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) ***Work on Saturday average 18 days/Year
