Work outline: Manage/Facilitate the optimization of operation within the scope of tire manufacturing activities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø 1)Plan/Lead the enhancement on the productivity of tire manufacturing and production model
o Promote the activities for improving and maintaining operational efficiency of processes marked below the standard (Enhance operational efficiency)
o Calculate the ideal cost and promote the cost kaizen activity to all plants
o Facilitate the optimization of production system from both hard and soft aspects (Adjust to the "Model of Standard")
o Facilitate the efficient process of the production optimization by standardization and information sharing (Enhance management efficiency & speed)
Ø 2) Initiate ideas for the optimization and solutions to current issues regarding to tire production and supply in Asia Pacific and lead through the realization of the plan in collaboration with other functions
Ø 3) Plan/Manage the overall direction of tire production technology and production departments
Ø 4) Support IE section manager with planning employee training, assessing individual performance levels of IE staffs in BSAP region. (Support for IE section manager)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 23-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related filed
Ø Have experience in manufacturing industry at least 2 years(tire business is preferable)
Ø Knowledge of accounting in Asia Pacific country is preferable
Ø High proficiency in English
Specific Knowledge:
Ø Experience in the following fields: production efficiency / capacity enhancement, process control or production management (inventory control/scheduling)
Ø Experience in the following fields: control plant cost, budget, project and investment
Ø Capabilities to use simulation software, Lean System is preferable
Preferable:
Ø Strong interest in manufacturing industry
Ø Abilities to collaborate with engineers and accounting staffs at manufacturing plants
Ø Abilities of logical thinking based on evidence and generate new ideal
Ø Curiosity driven mind and attitude with desire towards continuous improvement and lean system
Ø Loyalty and determination for long-term commitment
Ø Be able for travelling abroad as business trip
