Work outline: Responsible for accounting activities and assist Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø Issue invoice, tax invoice and billing to customer Ø Issue debit and credit note Ø Check bank statement or confirm received money from customer Ø Prepare receipt for received cheque or received money by transfer on our account Ø Check and prepare report for output Vat Ø Check and prepare report for prepaid withholding tax Ø Check and record unbilled-A/R for completed project Ø Reconcile concern account Ø Other tasks as assigned |
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 25-34 years
Ø Bachelor's degree in accounting
Ø At least 2 years of experience in accounting
Ø Strong knowledge of the Thai revenue code
Ø English skills (Advanced Conversational)
Ø Good command MS Office, Excel and Word format, and able to use Accounting software.
Preferable:
Ø CPD License holder is preferred
Ø Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities, workflow and multitask
Ø Ability to team and collaborate with others
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
