Warehouse Manager

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายคลังสินค้า
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage Safety quality cost delivery tomorrow in department to effectiveness.
• Lead to daily progress analyse action to achieve plan.
• Lead a problem solving team to find out the root cause and corrective action caused by logistic process failure.
• Lead to improve warehouse operation and process efficiently.
• Manage and control warehouse operation through motivation ,mention and coaching.
• Manage physical logistics team to effectiveness in the key tasks of department KPI.
• Manage the activities in physical logistics to regularly perform.
• Manage logistic process are fulfil the requirement of safety regulation.
• Ensure the work standard are taken seriously on operations site.
• Plan and all of the employees competence, upgrade Knowledge.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-45 years
• Bachelor's degree in Logistic or related field
• Have working experience at least 10 years about Warehouse in any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Warehouse Assistant Manager or higher
• Have working experience about warehouse and logistic
• Conversational middle level of English or have TOEIC more than 450
• Have driving license
• Able to use MS Office and WMS (Warehouse management system)

Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard IE
Working Hour: 8:00-17:15(<Saturday Working: 3-4 days per year>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• บริหารจัดการต้นทุนคุณภาพความปลอดภัยในการจัดส่งพรุ่งนี้ในแผนกให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
• นำไปสู่การดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ความคืบหน้ารายวันเพื่อให้บรรลุตามแผน
• นำทีมแก้ปัญหาเพื่อค้นหาสาเหตุที่แท้จริงและการดำเนินการแก้ไขที่เกิดจากความล้มเหลวของกระบวนการลอจิสติกส์
• นำไปสู่การปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าและกระบวนการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• จัดการและควบคุมการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าด้วยแรงจูงใจ การกล่าวถึง และการฝึกสอน
• บริหารจัดการทีมโลจิสติกส์ทางกายภาพให้มีประสิทธิภาพในงานสำคัญของแผนก KPI
• บริหารจัดการกิจกรรมด้านกายภาพเพื่อดำเนินการอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
• จัดการกระบวนการขนส่งให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการทำงานอย่างจริงจังในสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน
• แผนและความสามารถของพนักงานทุกคน ยกระดับความรู้
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 40-45 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 10 ปีเกี่ยวกับคลังสินค้าในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการคลังสินค้าหรือสูงกว่า
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านคลังสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาหรือมีผลสอบ TOEIC มากกว่า 450
• มีใบขับขี่
• สามารถใช้ MS Office และ WMS (ระบบการจัดการคลังสินค้า)
