<Number of employees : Total : 18 Local : 15 Japanese : 3 > <Report Line : Thai SV (30s)> <Team Member: 2 > <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Product : R&D and trading of Surface Treatment & Rust preventive products> <Client : Automotive manufacture, Group company> <Saturday Working: None > <Position Objective/Expectation > - Able to perform technical management tasks such as document preparation <Job Responsibilities> After joining the company, a Thai SV will guide you in your work, but since the main task is to prepare documents after chemical experiments, if you have experience in experiments, you can catch up quickly. - Be responsible for daily operation of trading tasks and some material procurement - To handle import-export procedure including BOI, FTA - Fulfilling the information and register new material for DIW (Department of industrial works) - Manage PO, RFQ, and document control - To make quotation of new material, product - Other tasks might be assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in chemical field - Advanced conversation high - middle of English - At least 1 year of working experience in chemical industry or handling many kinds of parts/materials - SDS, COA preparation experience or knowledge of DIW method - Able to analyze the numbers by MS Excel - High motivation to learn work by oneself <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to communicate in Japanese
