Service Engineer (Centrifugal compressors / Steam turbines) (70K–100K) (SDG-85092) วิศวกรบริการ (คอมเพรสเซอร์แบบแรงเหวี่ยง / กังหันไอน้ำ) <Job Responsibilities> - Providing engineering services to Customers - Keep in close contact with customers through frequent visit to the site to receive and clarify their queries, and to explain them queries and proposals. - Provide first aid in case of emergency at site. - Be a contact point of customer for all technical matters including customer service-related queries (e.g. repair, parts), technical advisory service at site, new project and revamping a existing equipment. - Have ability to build/strengthen trust and relationships with customers in order to satisfy their needs and develop mutually beneficial business relationship. - Communicating with business partners - Provide customer’s requests or any implicit needs get their replies. - Report a voice of customer, customer’s request and any business-related circumstances in timely manner. - Support engineer’s job execution by providing necessary technical information and advices properly and timely. - Establish and maintain good communication network with business partners (agents and service providers). - Translate technical documents to English for easy understanding of engineers in urgent case. - Increasing sales volume - Promote service menus to increase sales volume of aftermarket business. - Get the voice of customers to find new service programs.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree - Must have Minimum 3 years of experience as Design Engineer, Field Engineer, Or 2 years Application Engineer of centrifugal compressors and steam turbines in petrochemical/ Oil & Gas industry Or 3 years as field engineer of centrifugal compressors or steam turbines. - Good communications skills with a superior customer focus. Fluent in English and local language. - Able percent company product and service - Driving license <In details> - Must have proficient experience & exposure to national and international engineering codes and standards. - Have willingness for experiencing continuous improvement processes. Experiences for participating in lessons learned, Kaizen events, Six Sigma studies. - Have relevant experience with Petrochemical/Oil & Gas clients, products, industry standards and the followings - Able to travel up country and other country (Japan and Singapore) - General policy • QCD management / to do what was decided • To write down information and data on documents quantitatively with skillfulness of engineering/manufacturing at shop and site • Quick response to clients / Application of experienced technology • Design enhancement of minor parts based on standard design application experience with very low risk in terms of integrity • Robustness and performance (rotor dynamics and efficiency) • Design enhancement of major key parts based on experience with moderate risk control according to analysis results for strength and performance <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Experience as centrifugal compressors or steam turbines, - Own car Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Monday - Friday < Hybrid > ) About the Benefits 70,000–100,000THB About the company Product & Service: importing and trading of machinery and heavy industrial equipment Business Type: Machinery / Equipment / Plants; Machine Parts
