<Number of employees : Total : 65 Local : 60 Japanese : 5 > <Saturday Working: only 1st Saturday> <Report Line : Thai sales leader > <Team Member: Around 6people > <Number of Subordinates: None > <Product : Acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives and adhesive tapes> <Client : Japanese major automotive parts manufacturer> <Position objective> - Responsible for sales activity ( both of existing and new clients) - Business trip in Indonesia around 1time per month <Responsibility> - Visit clients regularly and make good relationship with new/existing clients - Developing new clients (especially local client) by understanding their needs and making solutions - Get requirement from client and negotiate with both production team and client to deliver products which meets client’s expectation - Negotiate price, amount and schedule in order to enhance sales amount - Make quotation, control delivery date and respond any requirements from client - Make sales forecast and budget plan of the sales team - Make monthly and yearly sales plan with Thai manager and Japanese managements - Have business trip to Indonesia around 1time / 2months, max 5days (company pay all allowance) - Other tasks might be assigned by Thai managers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Conversational level of Indonesia - Have willingness to sales position - Holing driving license for sales activity - Can visit business trip to Indonesia ( 1time / 2months, max 5days) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work in Japanese company - Experience as sales in any industry - Fresh graduate from Indonesia major
