Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, including contractors, project owners, and decision-makers.
- Regularly follow up on ongoing and upcoming projects to ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
- Present products and provide technical consultation tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g., Technician, After Sales Service) to develop customized solutions and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and sales terms to meet both client expectations and company targets.
- Provide regular updates on project status, bid outcomes, and customer feedback.
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings, including travel to provincial areas as required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years of Experience in B2B Sales in any industry
- Conversational low level of English (Documents, Email)
- Must be able to travel frequently to upcountry areas and visit clients on the construction site
- Must possess a personal car and a Driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in sales, particularly within the construction, building materials, or related industries.
- A solid understanding of civil engineering principles and construction
- Being able to speak Chinese is preferred
- Being able to start working immediately is preferred
