<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify and approach new business opportunities across various sectors without limitation to specific markets.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, including contractors, project owners, and other key stakeholders.
- Present products and provide technical consultation to address client needs and project requirements.
- Drive sales performance by negotiating pricing and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end bidding process, including preparation and submission of technical and commercial documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Technician, After Sales Service) to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
- Follow up on bid outcomes, project progress, and client feedback to secure repeat business.
- Travel regularly to meet with clients, explore new project sites, and attend key business meetings in provincial areas.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2 years of Experience in B2B Sales in any industry
- Conversational low level of English (Documents, Email)
- Must be able to travel frequently in the Southern Area and visit clients on the construction site
- Must possess a personal car and a Driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in sales, particularly within the construction, building materials, or related industries.
- A solid understanding of civil engineering principles and construction
- Being able to speak Chinese is preferred
- Being able to start working immediately is preferred
